RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Standard Orders

  • Items purchased from Strada must be returned in perfect, unused condition, free of deterioration, stains, odors, or any damage that prevents resale as new.

  • All items must be returned in their original packaging, including labels and any additional packaging items.

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt of your shipment in order to be eligible for a refund.

  • Shipping costs from the initial order are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs.

To request a return or exchange, please email strada.comuniations@gmail.com with your order number. We will respond quickly with instructions.

Monthly Drops Policy

(Applies only to our limited monthly drops, not basic tracksuits)

  • All sales are final.

  • No returns, cancellations, or refunds will be accepted.

  • This policy is due to our closed-site, one-time drop business model with no restocks.

  • If a package is returned to us, the customer must cover reshipment costs to have it sent again.
